集束化护理改善糖尿病手术患者全身麻醉术后并发症发生率的价值探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨对糖尿病手术患者应用集束化护理改善全身麻醉术后并发症发生率的价值。方法抽取2023年1月—2024年5月徐州矿务集团总医院收治的100例糖尿病患者,均接受全身麻醉手术,按不同护理方式分组,对比观察组(50例,集束化护理)与对照组(50例,常规护理)的血糖指标、并发症发生情况及生活质量。结果护理后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组全身麻醉术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组各项生活质量评分均较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论集束化护理对糖尿病手术患者血糖控制具有显著效果且稳定性强,可降低全身麻醉术后并发症发生率,提升患者生活质量。Objective To explore the value of cluster nursing in improving the incidence of complications after gen-eral anesthesia in patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 100 diabetic patients admitted to Xuzhou Min-ing Group General Hospital from January 2023 to May 2024 were selected.All patients underwent general anesthesia.They were grouped according to different nursing methods.The blood glucose index,complications and quality of life of the observation group(50 cases,cluster nursing)and the control group(50 cases,routine nursing)were compared.Results After nursing,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglo-bin A1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications after general anesthesia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster nursing has a significant effect and strong stability on blood glucose control in patients with diabetic surgery,which can reduce the incidence of complications after general anesthesia and improve the qual-ity of life of patients.
