摘　　要：目的探讨风险评估指导下的个性化护理模式对连续性肾脏替代疗法(continuous renal replacement therapy,CRRT)治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒(diabetic ketoacidosis,DKA)患者的影响。方法选取2022年1月—2024年3月在扬州大学附属医院接受CRRT治疗的82例DKA患者,根据不同的护理方法分为两组。对照组(n=41)接受常规护理模式,观察组(n=41)则接受风险评估指导下的个性化护理模式。对比两组血糖水平、血气水平、护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、pH值、HCO3-水平、二氧化碳结合力均更优,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组护理满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CRRT治疗DKA患者运用风险评估指导下的个性化护理模式临床效果显著,且患者的护理满意度更高。Objective To explore the impact of risk assessment-guided personalized care model on patients with dia-betic ketoacidosis(DKA)treated with continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT).Methods A total of 82 DKA pa-tients who received CRRT in the Affiliated Hospital of Yangzhou University from January 2022 to March 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.The control group(n=41)received routine nursing mode,while the observation group(n=41)received personalized nursing mode under the guidance of risk as-sessment.The blood glucose levels,blood gas levels and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the fasting plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,pH value,HCO3-level and carbon dioxide binding capacity of the observation group were better,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of personalized nursing mode under the guidance of risk assessment in CRRT treat-ment of DKA patients is significant,and the patient's nursing satisfaction is higher.
