复方黄柏液涂剂联合胫骨横向骨搬移技术在糖尿病足治疗中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨复方黄柏液涂剂联合胫骨横向骨搬移(transverse tibial bone transfer,TTBO)技术在糖尿病足(diabetic foot,DF)治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2022年9月—2024年9月于南京市江宁中医院接受治疗的72例DF患者,通过不同治疗方法分组,每组36例。两组均接受TTBO技术治疗,术后,对照组应用康复新液治疗,研究组接受复方黄柏液涂剂治疗。对比两组症状评分、DF严重程度、并发症发生率。结果治疗后,研究组足部疼痛不适、感觉异常、皮肤干燥与皲裂、间歇性跛行评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组DF严重程度轻于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论复方黄柏液涂剂联合TTBO技术在DF治疗中,不仅能有效改善患者的症状,减轻DF的严重程度,还能降低并发症的发生率。Objective To explore the application effect of Compound Huangbai Liquid Coating Agent combined with transverse tibial bone transfer(TTBO)technique in the treatment of diabetic foot(DF).Methods A total of 72 patients with DF who were treated in Nanjing Jiangning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2022 to Sep-tember 2024 were selected and grouped by different treatment methods,with 36 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with TTBO technology.After operation,the control group was treated with Kangfuxin Liquid,and the study group was treated with Compound Huangbai Liquid Coating Agent.The symptom score,DF severity and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of foot pain and discomfort,paresthe-sia,dry and chapped skin and intermittent claudication in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The severity of DF in the study group was lighter than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Huangbai Liquid Coating Agent combined with TTBO technology in the treatment of DF can not only effectively improve the symptoms of patients,reduce the severity of DF,but also reduce the incidence of complications.
