摘 要:新一代火炮对射程、初速和穿透能力要求的提高,增加了火炮身管内壁的磨损和烧蚀。为了适应未来火炮的发展需求,需要开发能够承受恶劣内弹道环境的火炮身管材料。本文回顾了身管材料的发展历程,分析了影响身管寿命的热因素、化学因素、机械因素,归纳出了身管涂层的延寿措施。在材料选用方面,身管涂层材料除了已经在使用的铬以外,难熔金属钽和铬钽合金被认为是主要的候选材料。还归纳总结了Cr、Ta及其合金涂层的制备技术,包括电镀、多弧离子镀、激光淬火、激光熔覆、磁控溅射、熔盐电化学沉积、电火花沉积、爆炸包覆焊、双层辉光等离子技术等。本文为延长身管寿命、探索新型炮钢身管涂层材料及其制备技术提供了参考和借鉴。The new requirements for range,initial velocity and penetration ability of the new generation of artillery increase the risk of wear and ablation of the inner wall of the gun barrel.In order to meet the development needs of future artillery,it is necessary to develop gun barrel materials that can withstand harsh internal ballistic environments.This paper summarized the development of barrel materials,analyzed the thermal factors,chemical factors and mechanical factors that affect the life of barrel,and put forward the main measures to prolong the life of barrel coating.In addition to the chromium that is commonly used,refractory metal tantalum and chromium tantalum alloys are considered to be the main alternative materials.This paper also summarized the coating preparation techniques of Cr,Ta and their alloys such as electroplating,multi-arc ion plating,laser quenching,laser cladding,magnetron sputtering,molten salt electrochemical deposition,electric spark deposition,explosive cladding welding,double glow plasma technology,etc.It will provide references for prolonging the life of the barrel,exploring new gun steel barrel coating materials and their preparation techniques.
