摘　　要：全方位夯实粮食安全根基,树立大食物观,发展设施农业,构建多元化食物供给体系,更好满足人民美好生活需要,乃当下我国重要国家战略之一。葛类作物在中国有悠久的栽培历史,文献所记至少可上溯至先秦时代,其经济价值与生态价值极高,至今在西南山区还保存着广泛的活态种植与利用,为西南地区各族民众提供了重要的食物来源。但在中国历史发展进展中,随着大一统王朝国家的建立,葛类作物种植逐渐衰退,究其衰退的历史文化成因乃是国家行政权力的运行与观念形态的转变所使然。实现观念形态转型、引入设施农业技术,将葛类作物作为重要辅粮进行栽培与利用,复兴西南山区葛类作物种植,有助于保障粮食安全并推进生态文明建设。Comprehensively consolidating the foundation of food security,establishing All-encompassing approach to food,developing facility agriculture,and building a diversified food supply system to better meet the needs of people for a better life are currently one of the important national strategies in China.Kudzu crops have a long history of cultivation in China,with records dating back to at least the pre-Qin era.They possess extremely high economic and ecological value,and their extensive cultivation and utilization are still preserved in the southwestern mountainous regions,providing an important source of food for various ethnic groups in the region.However,in the historical development of China,with the establishment of a unified imperial state,the cultivation of kudzu crops gradually declined.The historical and cultural reasons for this decline are the operation of state administrative power and the transformation of ideological patterns.To achieve a transformation in ideological patterns,introduce facility agriculture technology,cultivate and utilize kudzu crops as important supplementary grains,revive the cultivation of kudzu crops in the southwestern mountainous regions,ensure China’s food security,and potentially provide valuable contributions to current ecological civilization construction.
