摘　　要：劳动创造了人。劳动对人类文明史起着决定性作用,其话语形塑始终是权力、经济与文化互动的结果。本研究以“理论来源—社会建构”的思路,借鉴媒介话语理论,采用总—分—合的论文结构,探析“劳动”话语的传播及其思想形塑。以“劳动”为主线,通过“劳动本体”“体面劳动”“劳动话语之传播”“中国特色社会主义劳动观”四重维度,构建从理论溯源到实践创新的阐释框架。研究认为,当下从“体面劳动”到“劳模精神”“劳动精神”“工匠精神”三个“精神”的话语传播和内涵熔铸,正在实现重构劳动本体论以奠定劳动的价值合法性,跨文化转译完成语料的整合,媒介传播实现意识形态的新定位,最终通过实践生成否定异化劳动、确立人的劳动的中国特色劳动观。因此,重视媒介与社会互动,把握意识形态话语权,对于理解劳动话语的传播机制及其对社会的深刻影响具有重要意义。"Labor creates human beings".It plays a decisive role in the history of human civilization,and the discourse surrounding it has always been the result of the interaction between power,economy,and culture.This study employs a"theoretical origin-social construction"approach,drawing on media discourse theory and presenting a structure of introduction,elaboration,and conclusion to explore the dissemination and ideological shaping of labor discourse.Using the notion"labor"as the main thread,the study sets up an explanatory framework from theoretical origins to practical innovations through four dimensions of"the essence of labor","decent work","the dissemination of labor discourse",and"the labor view of socialism with Chinese characteristics".The study claims that the current discourse on"decent work",along with the"labor spirit","model worker spirit",and"craftsman spirit",is reshaping labor ontology to establish the legitimacy of labor value,achieving cross-cultural translation for material integration,and repositioning ideology through media dissemination.Ultimately,this generates a Chinese labor view that negates alienated labor and affirms human labor.Therefore,emphasizing the interaction between media and society and grasping the ideological discourse power is crucial for understanding the mechanisms of labor discourse dissemination and its profound impact on society.
