堤防工程冲刷深度计算参数敏感性分析及取值探讨

摘  要:合理确定冲刷深度是堤防工程设计的基础。针对现有堤防工程冲刷深度计算公式适用性差异显著问题,基于“23·7”海河流域特大洪水对北京某河道2处典型断面堤脚冲刷实测数据,对比平顺护岸和水流斜冲护岸冲刷深度公式及“64-1修正式”的计算精度,检验各计算参数的敏感度,探讨堤防冲刷深度的设计取值方法。结果表明,顺直河道段,平顺护岸和水流斜冲护岸冲刷深度公式的计算值与实测值均较为吻合,而水流斜冲护岸时,不同公式的计算值与实测值均有较大偏差。影响冲刷深度计算结果的高敏感度参数为水流速度、坡脚水深和水流向与岸坡交角。建议设计时根据水流速度和河道特征选择计算公式,水流斜冲角度较大或河势不稳定时,可先采用水流斜冲护岸冲刷深度公式估算,然后通过河势和参数敏感性分析评估流速和水流向与岸坡交角变化的影响,预测最大可能冲刷深度,并结合实测数据综合评判。Reasonable determination of scour depth is the basis of levee project design. Aiming at the problem that the existing calculation formulas of scour depth have different emphases and lead significantly different results, based on the measured scour depth of two typical sections of a river channel in Beijing during “23 · 7” catastrophic flood of Haihe River basin, scour depth calculation formulas for smooth revetment and flow oblique revetment, and modified formula “64-1” are used to calculate the scour depth, and the design value is discussed based on analyzing differences between the calculation results and the measured data and investigating sensitivity of the calculation parameters. The results reveal that, for relatively straight reaches, scour depth calculated by using smooth revetment formula or flow oblique revetment formula are close to the measured data, while under the condition of water flow obliquely shocking the revetment, differences between calculation results by using different formulas and measured data are significant. High sensitivity parameters affecting the calculation results of scour depth are flow velocity, water depth at the slope toe and angle between flow direction and bank slope. Calculation formula of scour depth could be selected according to flow velocity and characteristics of river channel. For river channels with large flow oblique angel or unstable flow pat-tern, scour depth could be estimated firstly using flow oblique revetment scour depth formula, then analyzing flow pat-tern and calculation parameter sensitivity so as to evaluate the influence of the changeable flow velocity and angle between flow direction and bank slope, and predict the maximum possible scour depth, and finally, based on history measured data, carrying out a comprehensive evaluation of the calculated scour depth.
