摘  要:矿产资源在现代工业体系中起着至关重要的支撑作用。机械化连续开采作为非煤矿山传统钻爆法的最具潜力替代方案,具有广阔的应用前景。然而,连续化开采技术在非煤矿山中的推广和应用仍面临诸多限制和挑战。本研究综述了当前非煤矿山机械开采中常用的刀具类型及机械设备的研究进展和现状,重点分析了悬臂掘进机、全断面掘进机和滚筒割煤机三种设备在非煤矿山连续化开采中的应用情况,并结合典型案例深入讨论了机械化连续开采在推广过程中面临的主要问题及相应的解决方案。希望本研究能为非煤矿山连续机械化开采的进一步发展提供有益的参考。Mineral resources play a crucial role in supporting modern industrial systems.Mechanized continuous mining is seen as the most promising alternative to traditional drilling and blasting methods in non-coal mines,with broad application prospects.However,the promotion and application of continuous mining technologies in non-coal mines still face numerous limitations and challenges.The current research progress and status of commonly-used cutting tools and mechanical equipment in non-coal mining was reviewed,with a focus on analyzing the application of cantilever roadheaders,full-face tunnel boring machines,and drum shearers in continuous mining operations.Typical case studies were used to explore the main issues encountered in promoting mechanized continuous mining and to propose corresponding solutions.It is hoped that this study will provide valuable insights for the further development of conti nuous mechanized mining in non-coal mines.
