摘  要:天井工程是国防和民用地下建筑中不可或缺的部分,但凿岩质量的好坏直接影响到中深孔爆破成井的效果,由于炮孔偏斜在现场实施中不可避免,因此,需开展考虑炮孔偏斜的中深孔爆破成井方案优化研究。通过精确测量炮孔的深度和位置,实现了炮孔三维模型构建,从而减少了炮孔位置的不确定性。基于不同高度的炮孔剖面图,对爆破成井方案进行了优化,将一次爆破成井修改为分次爆破成井,第一次爆破高度约3~4 m,第二次爆破高度约7 m,并根据炮孔实测位置调整了炮孔起爆顺序。现场工业试验表明,爆破后天井断面符合设计要求,整体成型良好,爆破块度均匀,考虑炮孔偏斜的中深孔爆破成井方案优化方法是切实可行的。本次实践对类似矿山工程的施工具有一定的参考价值。The engineering of raises is an indispensable aspect of both national defense and civilian underground construction.However,the quality of rock drilling directly impacts the effectiveness of medium-deep hole blasting for raise construction.Due to the inevitable deviation of the borehole during on-site implementation,it is necessary to conduct research on optimization of raise completion scheme for medium-deep hole blasting considering borehole deviation.Precise measurements of borehole depth and position were employed to construct a three-dimensional model of the boreholes,thereby reducing the uncertainty in their positioning.Based on cross-sectional profiles of boreholes at different depths,the blasting for raise scheme was optimized,transitioning from one-time blasting to multiple blasting.The height of the first blasting was about 3-4 m,and the height of the second blasting was about 7 m.The blasting sequence of boreholes was adjusted according to the measured positions of blasting holes.On-site industrial tests showed that the cross-section of the raise after blasting met the design requirements,with good overall shape and uniform blasting block size.This indicated that the optimization method for the medium-deep hole blasting for raise completion scheme considering borehole deviation was practical and feasible.This practice has certain reference value for the construction of similar mining projects.
