恒阻锚索加锚砂岩单轴力学特性实验研究

摘  要:为研究恒阻单元加锚岩体单轴压缩力学特征,具有创新性地以砂岩为研究对象,并设计制作了具有恒阻特性的恒阻单元,用以进行加锚砂岩的单轴压缩试验。利用液压伺服试验系统等,通过不同加锚形式(无锚、普通锚索加锚砂岩、恒阻单元加锚砂岩),对加锚砂岩的强度、变形破坏特征、声发射信号特征和水平位移参数进行对比研究。分析了不同加锚情况下的岩石试件加载过程中应力—应变关系和破坏特征,并对全过程的声发射信号和散斑图像进行采集并分析。试验结果表明:恒阻单元加锚砂岩的单轴抗压强度明显高于无锚和普通锚索加锚砂岩。通过对试验现象分析,可得出结论:恒阻单元提高了岩石强度、减小了破坏程度、控制了变形和延缓了峰后岩石失稳破坏,在对岩石支护方面发挥着重要作用。基于此情况,得到恒阻大变形锚索加锚砂岩的力学特性研究具有十分重要的意义,即为恒阻大变形锚索在深部支护设计中提供理论参考。In order to study the characteristics of uniaxial compression mechanics of anchor rock mass with constant resistance unit,sandstone was innovatively taken as the research object,and a constant resistance unit with constant resistance characteristics was designed and manufactured to carry out uniaxial compression test of anchored sandstone.By using hydraulic servo test system,the strength,deformation and failure characteristics,acoustic emission signal characteristics and horizontal displacement parameters of anchored sandstone were compared and studied in different anchoring forms(no anchor,ordinary anchor cable anchored sandstone,constant resistance unit anchored sandstone).The stress-strain relationship and damage characteristics of rock specimens under different anchoring conditions during loading are analyzed,and the acoustic emission signals and speckle images of the whole process were collected and analyzed.The test results showed that the uniaxial compressive strength of constant resistance unit anchred sandstone was significantly higher than that of the unanchored and ordinary anchor cable anchored sandstone.Through the analysis of the test phenomenon,it could be concluded that the constant resistance unit improved the rock strength,reduced the damage degree,controled the deformation and delayed the rock instability damage after the peak,which played an important role in the rock support.Based on this condition,it is of great significance to study the mechanical characteristics of the anchor cable and anchor sandstone,that is,to provide theoretical reference for the deformation of the anchor cable i n the deep support design.
