摘  要:通过实施降低氯气冷却器出口氯气温度,缩小工艺指标控制范围,降低氯气含水量,增加泡罩干燥塔加酸流量计、调节阀等措施,并根据电解槽负荷科学计算泡罩干燥塔加酸量,降低了硫酸消耗和氯气含水量,提高了干氯气质量。By implementing measures such as reducing the temperature of chlorine gas at the outlet of the chlorine gas cooler,narrowing the control range of process indicators,decreasing the water content in chlorine gas,adding a sulfuric acid addition flowmeter and a regulating valve for the bubble cap drying tower,and scientifically calculating the amount of sulfuric acid added to the bubble cap drying tower according to the load of the electrolytic cell,the consumption of sulfuric acid and the water content in chlorine gas have been reduced,and the quality of dry chlorine gas has been improved.
