摘　　要：探讨了聚合釜搅拌电机轴断裂和皮带轮掉落的问题,并提出了相应的改造方案。从工艺操作和设备管理等方面对故障原因进行了深入分析,列举了改造过程中的注意事项和预期效果,为解决聚合釜搅拌电机断轴问题提供了参考。This paper mainly discusses the problems of shaft breakage at the shaft extension end of the polymerization kettle agitator motor and the falling off of the pulley,and proposes corresponding retrofit schemes.The causes of the faults are analyzed in depth from aspects such as process operation and equipment management,and the precautions and expected effects during the retrofit process are enumerated,providing an effective reference for solving the problem of shaft breakage of the polymerization kettle agitator motor.
