某湿式摩擦离合器压板螺栓联接系统变形仿真分析及优化设计

摘  要:目的针对某船用湿式摩擦离合器在复杂工况的长期服役过程中压板螺栓联接系统变形过大、松动等问题,对压板螺栓联接系统预紧过程中压板变形情况进行研究,并对此类离合器压板螺栓联接系统进行结构优化。方法利用有限元仿真软件建立压板螺栓联接系统仿真模型,通过试验对仿真分析方法进行验证,分析螺栓预紧过程中拧紧力矩、螺栓规格、压板止口厚度、压板厚度等对联接系统压板受力变形的影响。结果通过压板变形试验,发现试验与仿真数据误差在6.7%以内,验证了仿真方法的可靠性。湿式离合器压板螺栓联接系统中压板变形最大,螺栓变形次之,基座变形最小。压板变形和应力大小变化与螺栓规格呈现负相关,与拧紧力矩呈现正相关。压板止口和压板厚度的增加能够显著减小压板变形和应力。结论在考虑整个联接系统安装空间条件下,建议在压板端面增加φ285mm×1.5mm的止口,将压板厚度增加至24mm。In allusion to issues such as excessive deformation and loosening of the pressure plate bolt connection system in the long-term service process of a marine wet friction clutch under complex working conditions,the work aims to study the deformation of the pressure plate in the pretightening process of the pressure plate bolt connection system,and optimize structure of the bolt connection system of the clutch pressure plate.The finite element simulation software was used to establish a simulation model of the pressure plate bolt connection system,and the simulation analysis method was verified by experiments,the effects of the tightening torque,bolt specifications,pressure plate flange thickness,and pressure plate thickness on the load and deformation of the connection system were analyzed.Through the deformation test,it was found that the error between the test and simulation data was less than 6.7%,which verified the reliability of the simulation method.The pressure plate deformation was the largest in the pressure plate bolt connection system,followed by the bolt deformation,and the base deformation was the smallest.The pressure plate deformation and stress change were negatively correlated with the bolt specifications and positively correlated with the tightening torque.Increasing the thickness of the pressure plate flange and pressure plate could significantly reduce the pressure plate deformation and stress.Under the condition of considering the entire connection system installation space,it is suggested to add a φ285 mm×1.5 mm flange at the end face of the pressure plate and increase the pressure plate thickness to 24 mm.
