摘　　要：黄芩是一种具有悠久药用历史的中草药,被广泛用于多种疾病的治疗。除已知的抗微生物、解毒、消炎和抗癌等药理学活性外,黄芩在治疗溃疡性结肠炎方面的疗效也备受关注。溃疡性结肠炎是一种慢性肠道炎症性疾病,其病因复杂,且与肠道微生态的失衡密切相关。恢复肠道微生态平衡对于溃疡性结肠炎的治疗至关重要。然而,目前对于黄芩与肠道微生态之间的关系尚未有系统性的研究。本文将综述黄芩及其有效成分在治疗溃疡性结肠炎中对肠道微生态的调控作用,旨在揭示其治疗该病的潜在机理。Radix Scutellariae,a Chinese herb with a long history of medical usage,is commonly employed to treat various ailments.Radix Scutellariae has gained considerable attention due to its effectiveness in treating ulcerative colitis,as well as its well-established pharmacological properties including antimicrobial,detoxifying,anti-inflammatory,and anticancer effects.Ulcerative colitis is a chronic inflammatory disease of the digestive tract characterized by a complex etiology associated with an imbalance in intestinal microecology.Restoring the equilibrium of intestinal microecology is crucial for the treatment of ulcerative colitis.A comprehensive investigation on the association between Radix Scutellariae and gut microbiota is currently lacking.Therefor,this article aimed to comprehensively review the regulatory effects of Radix Scutellariae and its active ingredients on the intestinal microbiota in the treatment of ulcerative colitis,with the objective of unveiling its potential mechanism for the management of this disease.
