地龙炮制方法、药理作用及质量标志物预测分析的研究进展

摘　　要：地龙是临床常用的动物类药材,有清热定惊、平喘、通络、利尿的功效。其在魏晋时期就有盐制的记载,随后出现了炒制、焙制等多种炮制方法。现代药理研究证明地龙具有抗癌、抑制人脐静脉内皮细胞焦亡、降低大鼠肺动脉高压、改善糖尿病大鼠勃起功能障碍、抑制H9c2细胞心肌纤维化、抗血栓等作用。本文对地龙已报道的炮制方法和药理作用及其机制进行系统性综述,并根据质量标志物(Q-Marker)的概念,从质量属性传递变化、化学成分特有性、可测性、有效性、入血成分等方面对地龙Q-Marker预测分析,以期为地龙的后续研究提供参考。Earth-worm is a commonly used animal medicine in clinic,which has the effects of clearing heat,relieving asthma,dredging collaterals and diuresis.It was recorded that it was processed by salt in the Wei and Jin Dynasties.Subsequently,there are a lot of processing methods,including stir-frying,roasting.Modern pharmacological studies shows that earthworm has the effects of anti-cancer,inhibiting pyroptosis of human umbilical vein endothelial cells,reducing pulmonary hypertension in rats,improving diabetic erectile dysfunction in rats,inhibiting myocardial fibrosis in H9c2 cells,and anti-thrombosis.In this paper,the reported processing methods and pharmacological mechanisms of earth-worm is systematically reviewed.According to the concept of quality markers(Q-Marker),the Q-Marker of earth-worm is predicted and analyzed from the aspects of quality attribute transfer change,chemical composition specificity,measurability,effectiveness and blood components,in order to provide reference for the follow-up study of earth-worm.
