摘　　要：在我国生育率下行的背景下,本研究通过分析妈妈网社区发帖内容,考察了年轻妈妈们的家庭情绪劳动及其对生育意愿的潜在影响。研究发现,年轻妈妈们普遍承担家庭情绪劳动,且传统与现代交织的情绪表达规则对女性提出了传统家庭观念和现代社会期望的双重要求。女性主要采用的情绪管理策略包括表层表演、深层表演、真实情感流露和情绪终止。受传统家庭价值观的影响,以“假装”为特征的表层表演是最常用策略。具体到不同的家庭人际关系,女性在亲子关系中会更多采用真实情感流露策略,并产生幸福感等积极影响;而在夫妻和代际关系中,表层表演更为频繁,进而可能产生情绪问题,降低婚育意愿。研究结果表明,构建婚育友好型社会应重视家庭情绪劳动这一非经济、非体力因素的影响,关注非亲子关系中的情绪劳动累积效应,以减少其消极影响,并最大化其积极效应。In the context of declining fertility rates in China,this study analyzed the posts on an online community(mama.cn),to examine the family emotional labor of young mothers and its potential impact on fertility intentions.We have found that young mothers generally engage in family emotional labor,and their emotional expression rules impose dual demands based on traditional family values and modern societal expectations.The primary emotional management strategies employed by women include surface acting,deep acting,the expression of naturally felt emotions,and emotional termination.Influenced by traditional family values,surface acting,characterized by“pretending”,is the most frequently used strategy.However,comparing different family interpersonal relationships,women are more likely to adopt the expression of naturally felt emotions in parent-child interactions,which leads to positive outcomes such as the feeling of happiness.In contrast,in spousal and intergenerational relationships,surface acting is more frequently used,potentially leading to emotional problems and a decline in fertility intentions.The findings suggest that when constructing a family-friendly society,attention should be paid to the impact of family emotional labor,a non-economic and non-physical factor,and to the cumulative effects of emotional labor in non-parent-child relationships,in order to minimize its negative impact and maximize its positive effect.
