矿用点线啮合齿轮齿廓修形及接触特性研究

摘  要:点线啮合齿轮兼顾点接触与线接触双重优点,接触强度大、传动效率高、使用寿命长。齿廓修形是减少齿轮传动过程振动、噪声以及提高寿命的主要方法。针对煤矿机械在大载荷、强冲击等恶劣工况下齿轮啮合性能势必变差的问题,提出了一种矿用点线啮合齿轮齿廓修形方法。首先,基于空间啮合理论推导点线啮合齿轮齿面方程,根据点线啮合齿轮齿廓特性提出主动轮齿廓抛物线修形方法,并构建点线啮合齿轮三维模型;结合Abaqus单齿静力学模型,从最大接触应力和接触线长确定最佳修形量和修形高度;借助四齿模型分析点线啮合齿轮修形前后齿面接触应力、接触线长和传递误差变化规律。结果表明:提出的修形方法使得齿面接触应力由1 066 MPa减小至621.8 MPa,降低了41.67%;传动误差由-0.004 58 rad减小至-0.002 55 rad,降低了44.32%,明显改善齿轮接触和传动平稳性,为点线啮合齿轮三维修形及降噪延寿研究提供了指导。The point-line meshing gear has advantages of high contact strength,high transmission efficiency and long service life due to the point-line contact.Tooth profile modification is the key method to reduce vibration,noise and enhance service life in gear transmission process.Aiming at the problem that the meshing performance of gears used in mining machine will become worse under severe working conditions of large load and impacts,a tooth profile modification method for point-line meshing gear used in mining machine is proposed in this work.The tooth profile equations of point-line meshing gear are firstly derived based on the meshing theory,and a parabolic modification method of tooth profile for driving gear is proposed according to the profile characteristics of point-line meshing gear.Also,the three-dimensional model of point-line meshing gear is built.Then,the optimal modification amount and height are determined from the distributions of contact stress and contact line based on single tooth statics model in Abaqus.Finally,the change of contact stress,contact line length and transmission error of point-line meshing gear before and after profile modification are analyzed by four-tooth finite element model.The results show that the contact stress of gear modified by the proposed method reduces from 1066 MPa to 621.8 MPa,which decreases by 41.67%.The transmission error is reduced from-0.00458 rad to-0.00255 rad with a decrease of 44.32%.The contact and transmission stability of gear are obviously improved,which provides guidance for the research of three-dimensional modification,noise reduction and life extension of point-line meshing gear.
