摘  要:研究了15-5PH沉淀硬化马氏体不锈钢在(900~1 250)℃加热温度区间和(0.5~15)h保温时间范围内奥氏体晶粒的长大行为。结果表明,随着加热温度的升高和保温时间的延长,15-5PH钢奥氏体晶粒尺寸长大。实验保温时间内,1 100℃以下奥氏体晶粒尺寸缓慢长大,1 100℃以上奥氏体晶粒尺寸迅速粗化;实验温度区间内,1 050℃以下加热奥氏体晶粒尺寸基本稳定,随着保温时间的延长长大倾向很小;1 050℃以上加热奥氏体晶粒尺寸在1 h内迅速长大,然后随着保温时间进一步延长,而缓慢长大。建立了15-5PH钢加热的奥氏体晶粒长大的Beck修正模型和Sellars模型。The growth behavior of austenite grains in 15-5PH precipitation-hardened martensitic stainless steel has been studied in the range of(900~1250)℃and(0.5~15)h.The results show that the austenite grain size of 15-5PH steel increases with increasing heating temperature and holding time.Under 1100℃,the austenite grain size grows slowly,and above 1100℃,the austenite grain size coarsenes rapidly.In the experimental temperature range,the austenite grain size is basically stable under 1050℃,and the tendency to grow is small with the extension of holding time.The austenite grain size grows rapidly within 1 hour when heated above 1050℃,and then grows slowly with the further extension of holding time.The Beck modified model and Sellars model of austenite grain growth in 15-5PH steel were established.
