坚持法治思维,进一步完善体育治理体系

摘　　要：法治是中国式现代化的重要保障。党的二十届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于进一步全面深化改革推进中国式现代化的决定》(以下简称《决定》)明确提出:要坚持全面依法治国,在法治轨道上深化改革、推进中国式现代化,做到改革和法治相统一……。中国式现代化不应“缺少”中国体育现代化这一环节,而中国体育现代化同样需要法治作为保障,为此,推动体育领域进一步全面深化改革,应将体育法治建设置于十分重要的地位。The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China is a landmark meeting held at a critical juncture when the entire Party and the Chinese people are advancing the great cause of building a strong nation and achieving national rejuvenation through Chinese modernization.The“Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Comprehensively Deepening Reforms and Advancing Chinese Modernization”,adopted at the session,scientifically outlines the overall plan for further comprehensively deepening reforms centered on Chinese modernization.This document serves as a guiding framework for continuing comprehensive reforms on the new journey.Regarding reforms in the sports sector,the Decision explicitly calls for“improving the public service system for national fitness and reforming and refining the management and operational mechanisms of competitive sports”.To further study and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee,this journal has organized a symposium featuring insights from experts on the theme of“Further Comprehensively Deepening Sports Reform to Promote High-Quality Development of Sports”.These discussions will be published sequentially starting from this issue,aiming to provide valuable references for the reform and development of sports in China.
