摘  要:海上某油田低渗储层物性较差、连而不通,水井注不进、油井采不出,影响低效因素多,措施治理难度大。为了有效解决低效井治理难题,改善和提高低效井产能,采用“地质+油藏+工艺+工程”一体化低渗储层低效井综合治理的手段,基于地质、油藏、工程多因素分析,明确低渗储层低效井成因,提出针对性、可操作性、有效合理的治理对策,开展室内评价实验,优选高效配套治理工艺,并现场应用有效释放油井产能。基于实验研发出复合解堵体系和耐高温防垢剂,现场应用取得良好效果,形成的低渗储层低效井治理经验可为类似储层治理提供借鉴和参考。The low permeability reservoir in an offshore oil field is poor in physical property.It is not connected and fails in water well injection.Oil well cannot be produced.There are many factors affecting the low efficiency,and the measures are difficult to control.To effectively solve the problem of low efficiency well treatment and improve the productivity of low efficiency well,the comprehensive treatment of low efficiency well in low permeability reservoir is adopted by integrating“geology+reservoir+technology+engineering”.Based on multi-factor analysis of geology,reservoir and engineering,the causes of low efficiency well in low permeability reservoir are identified.Operable,effective,and reasonable countermeasures treatment are proposed,and laboratory evaluation experiments are carried out.Optimized and efficient supporting treatment technology,and field application to effectively release oil well productivity.Based on the experiment,the compound plugging solution system and high temperature and scale inhibitor are developed,and the field application has achieved good results.The experience of low efficiency well treatment in low permeability reservoir can provide reference for similar reservoir treatment.
