含盐油藏裂缝导流能力影响因素实验研究

摘  要:通过导流能力测试实验,测试不同岩板含盐量、不同支撑剂类型、不同粒径支撑剂、不同支撑剂铺设质量浓度及不同压裂液等情况下导流能力随闭合压力的变化特征。实验结果表明:在低闭合压力下,由于高含盐岩板塑性较强,导流能力反而低于低含盐岩板;但在高闭合压力下,高含盐岩板溶蚀量大,导流能力上升。相同闭合压力下,陶粒较覆膜砂受压变形小,导流能力更强;大粒径支撑剂导流能力要大于使用小粒径支撑剂;含盐储层高铺砂质量浓度支撑剂导流能力显著高于低铺砂质量浓度。研究结果有现场应用价值。In this study,through the conductivity test experiment,the variation characteristics of conductivity with closure pressure under different rock salt content,different proppant types,different particle size proppants,different proppant laying concentrations and different fracturing fluids were tested.The experimental results show that under low closure pressure,the conductivity of high-salt rock plate is lower than that of low-salt rock plate due to its strong plasticity.However,under high closure pressure,the high-salt rock plate has a large amount of dissolution,and the conductivity increases.Under the same closure pressure,the ceramsite has smaller compression deformation and stronger conductivity than the coated sand and the flow conductivity of large particle size proppant is greater than that of small particle size proppant.The conductivity of proppant with high sand concentration in salt-bearing reservoirs is significantly higher than that with low sand concentration.The research results have field application value.
