致密砂岩气藏水平井精细部署及合理配产技术应用——以神木气田X区块为例

摘  要:神木气田X区块致密砂岩气藏储量丰度较低,部分区域有效储层发育单一,定向井开发无法实现地质储量的有效控制和充分动用,需要依靠水平井进行开发,才能充分挖掘资源潜力。高控制储量和高钻遇率是水平井高效建产的基础,而合理的初期配产则是水平井平稳开发的前提。X区块具有有效砂体发育横向和纵向变化较快、气层发育规律复杂,局部构造产状多变等特点。通过研究形成了以精细富集区优选、精准构造刻画、精细储层预测为主要手段的水平井精细部署技术,并在产建实践中取得了较好的应用效果。而针对水平井初期配产受试气效果影响较大及单一方法配产不准的问题,采取经验法与生产压差法相结合并充分考虑满足初期最小携液量的要求,综合考虑进行配产,提升了水平井初期配产的合理程度,对水平井的后续平稳开发具有较好的指导意义。The abundance of tight sandstone gas reservoirs in block X of Shenmu gas field is relatively low,and some areas have single effective reservoir development.Directional well development cannot effectively control and fully utilize geological reserves,and it is necessary to rely on horizontal wells for development to fully tap resource potential.High controlled reserves and high drilling rates are the foundation for efficient production of horizontal wells,while reasonable initial production allocation is the prerequisite for stable development of horizontal wells.The development of effective sand bodies in Block X varies rapidly in both horizontal and vertical directions,and the development laws of gas reservoirs are complex.Local structural occurrences are variable.Through research,a fine deployment technology for horizontal wells has been developed,mainly through the selection of fine enrichment zones,precise structural characterization,and fine reservoir prediction.It has achieved good application results in production and construction practices.In response to the significant impact of gas testing results on the initial production allocation of horizontal wells and the issue of inaccurate production allocation using a single method,the empirical method and production pressure difference method were combined to fully consider meeting the minimum liquid carrying capacity requirements in the initial stage.The comprehensive consideration of production allocation has improved the rationality of initial production allocation of horizontal wells,which has good guiding significance for the subsequent stable development of horizontal wells.
