摘　　要：厢式压滤机自动刮板除渣设备是为了厢式压滤机在过滤完催化油浆中的固体颗粒后,自动刮除滤布表面的滤渣,使下一过滤过程中装置能够平稳运行。它主要由龙门架、行走机构、刮板滑动机构以及刮板机构组成,各个机构之间相互配合。利用PLC自动控制系统,设计手动和自动两种模式,手动模式允许操作员直接控制单个设备或操作步骤;自动模式下,PLC根据预设的程序自动控制整个过程,自动化程度明显提高。此设备实现了对滤布表面的滤渣清理,除渣范围包含了整个滤布表面,除渣效果明显。通过触摸屏上的按钮、开关、滑块等控件,操作人员可以直接控制系统的各种功能、设备和参数,实现实时控制,同时还可以监测系统运行过程中的异常情况,并及时发出报警,进行实时或历史数据的分析,帮助用户更好地了解系统运行情况。The automatic scraper slag removal equipment of the chamber filter press is to automatically scrape the filter residue on the surface of the filter cloth after the chamber filter press has filtered the solid particles in the catalytic oil slurry,so that the device can run smoothly in the next filtration process.It mainly includes gantry,walking mechanism,scraper sliding mechanism and scraper mechanism,which cooperates with each other.It designs both manual and automatic two modes using PLC automatic control system.Manual mode allows the operator to directly control a single equipment or operation steps.In the automatic mode,PLC automatically controls the whole process according to the preset program,and the degree of automation is significantly improved.This equipment realizes the cleaning of the filter residue on the surface of the filter cloth.The slag removal range includes the entire surface of the filter cloth,and the slag removal effect is obvious.Through the buttons,switches,sliders and other controls on the touch screen,the operator can directly control the various functions,equipment,and parameters of the system to achieve real-time control.At the same time,it can also monitor the abnormal situation during the operation of the system,issue alarms in time,and conduct real-time or historical data analysis to help users better understand the operation of the system.
