数字经济背景下江苏制造业绿色低碳转型的路径与策略

摘　　要：江苏是制造业大省、强省,又是能源消耗大省和碳排放大省,实现江苏制造业绿色低碳转型,迫切需要将数字经济与制造业深度融合。文章基于江苏制造业发展现状,结合绿色低碳转型过程中面临的诸多现实挑战,从设计研发、制造生产、产品营销、管理服务4个维度提出了数字经济背景下江苏制造业绿色低碳转型的路径,从加快数字政府建设、完善数字基础设施、探索发展数字金融、培育数字技能人才、发挥龙头企业优势等5个层面提出了数字经济背景下江苏制造业绿色低碳转型的政策建议。Jiangsu province is a large manufacturing province,strong province,but also a large energy consumption and carbon emission province,to achieve the green and low-carbon transformation of Jiangsu manufacturing industry,it is urgent to deeply integrate the digital economy and manufacturing industry.Based on the development status of Jiangsu manufacturing industry and the many practical challenges faced in the process of green and low-carbon transformation,this paper proposes the path of green and low-carbon transformation of Jiangsu manufacturing industry under the background of digital economy from four dimensions,including design and development,manufacturing and production,product marketing and management services.The paper puts forward policy suggestions on the green and low-carbon transformation of Jiangsu manufacturing industry under the background of digital economy from five aspects:accelerating the construction of digital government,improving digital infrastructure,exploring the development of digital finance,cultivating digital skills talents,and giving play to the advantages of leading enterprises.
