以低空经济产业赋能新质生产力发展的对策研究——以太仓港经济技术开发区为例

摘　　要：经济高质量发展的趋势下,各地区纷纷转变发展方式。但随着要素成本上升、资源环境压力加大、产能过剩及发达国家再工业化等多重挤压,许多地区的经济增长已触及瓶颈。文章以太仓港经济技术开发区为例,通过分析太仓港区的现有优势和企业成功案例,论证了以低空经济带动全产业链发展的可行性,探讨了通过低空经济产业促进新质生产力发展的现实路径。最后,文章结合当前太仓港区低空经济产业存在的问题,提出相应对策,即从建设特色产业园、打造产业高地、提升创新水平、拓展应用场景、建设基础设施5个方面着手,推动形成低空特色产业集群,实现新质生产力的有效转化。Under the trend of high-quality economic development,various regions have changed their development mode.However,with the multiple causes such as rising factor costs,increasing pressure on resources and environment,overcapacity and re-industrialization of developed countries,economic growth in many regions has reached the bottleneck.This paper takes Taicang Port Economic and Technological Development Zone(TPDZ)as an example,through analyzing its existing advantages and successful cases of enterprises in TPDZ,demonstrates the feasibility of driving the development of the whole industrial chain with low-altitude economy,and discusses the realistic path of promoting new quality productivity by developing low-altitude economic industry.Finally,based on the existing problems of low-altitude economic industries in TPDZ,the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures,namely,to build low-altitude industrial clusters from five aspects:constructing distinctive industrial parks,cultivating low-altitude companies,improving the level of renovation,expanding application scenarios and building infrastructure,thus realizing the effective transformation of new quality productivity.
