基于科研生命周期的知识产权信息服务研究——以南京邮电大学“低功耗集成电路设计与测试”项目服务实践为例

摘　　要：文章根据科研生命周期理论,从研究构思、研究实施、成果产出和成果管理4个不同阶段用户信息需求特点出发,探讨高校图书馆知识产权信息服务内容框架,并结合南京邮电大学“低功耗集成电路设计与测试”高价值专利培育计划项目服务实践,提出相关的发展建议,以期为推进高校图书馆知识产权信息服务发展提供参考。Based on the theory of research life cycle,this paper embarks from the characteristics of users’information needs in four different stages:research conception,research implementation,results output and results management,to explore the content framework of intellectual property information services in university libraries.Then,based on the service practice of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications“low power integrated circuit design and testing”high-value patent incubation program,this paper puts forward relevant development suggestions to provide reference for the development of intellectual property information service in university libraries.
