摘　　要：文章通过研究新质生产力背景下图书馆资源优化配置方面面临的四大主要矛盾,从数据、管理、平台、服务四方面提出了图书馆文献信息资源优化配置及服务机制研究思路。即充分利用馆内基础数据,构建文献信息资源服务评价体系;加强数字技术在图书馆服务中的应用,完善数字资源管理机制;实现文献信息资源管理“三统一”,提高对资源管理数据的深度挖掘;优化配置馆内各类资源,创新推动文献信息资源服务数字化发展。Our paper explores the four main contradictions faced by libraries in optimizing resource allocation under the background of new quality productivity.The research ideas for optimizing the allocation and service mechanism of library literature information resources are proposed from four aspects:data,management,platform,and service.Namely,fully utilizing the basic data in the library to construct an evaluation system for literature information resource services;strengthen the application of digital technology in library services and improve the digital resource management mechanism;realize the“three unifications”of literature information resource management and improve the deep mining of resource management data;optimize the allocation of various resources in the museum,innovate and promote the digital development of literature information resource services.
