摘　　要：江苏盐城湿地珍禽国家级自然保护区保护着中国境内最大的野生丹顶鹤越冬种群以及众多的珍稀濒危保护动物,同时拥有着独特的滨海生态系统。在保护区管理和发展的新时期,需要评估保护现状并明确未来规划方向。文章分析了丹顶鹤等珍稀鸟类的栖息地现状,评估了2008—2020年总体规划完成情况及存在问题,研究发现:经过退养还湿和实施湿地修复工程后,珍稀鸟类的栖息地范围和适宜度显著提高,2020年以前的规划以资源保护管理和宣传教育为主,今后的规划将针对不同功能区进行生态修复和管理建设,促进保护区人与自然的和谐共生。The Yancheng Wetland Rare Bird National Nature Reserve in Jiangsu province protects the largest overwintering population of wild red crowned cranes and numerous rare and endangered protected animals in China,while also possessing a unique coastal ecosystem.In the new era of protected area management and development,it is necessary to assess the current status of protection and clarify future planning directions.This article analyzes the current habitat status of rare birds such as the red crowned crane,evaluates the completion status and existing problems of the overall plan from 2008 to 2020,and finds that after stopping aquaculture and implementing wetland ecological restoration projects,the habitat range and suitability of rare birds have significantly improved.Prior to 2020,the plan mainly focused on resource protection management and publicity education,but the future plans will carry out ecological restoration and management construction for different functional areas,promoting harmonious coexistence between humans and nature in the nature reserve.
