摘 要:在优选透水混合料的配合比时,需要考虑多种因素,这使得仅凭实测数据对多个评价指标的性能进行比较变得复杂。文章通过设计三种不同颗粒级配的PAC-10和PAC-13混合料,开展一系列透水实验和路用性能试验。研究发现,透水性系数与有效空隙率之间呈现出明显的指数相关性,PAC-13在有效孔隙率方面普遍优于PAC-10;与PAC-13相比,PAC-10展现出更佳的抗水损害能力和低温抗裂性能,但其耐高温性能则稍显不足,另外,同种透水沥青混合料中,随着粗集料增多,高温稳定性提升,水稳定性、低温抗裂性和抗飞散损失降低。根据实测数据,挑选了五个关键参数作为评估标准,通过灰色关联分析法构建数学优选模型,计算灰色关联度,最终确定PAC-10-A配比在各项指标中表现最佳,关联度最高。When optimizing the mix ratio of permeable mixtures,multiple factors need to be considered,which complicated the comparison of performance for multiple evaluation indicators based solely on measured data.By designing PAC-10 and PAC-13 mixtures with three different gradations,a series of permeability experiments and road performance tests were conducted.The research had identified a distinct exponential relationship between the permeability coefficient and the the effective porosity rate,with PAC-13 generally outperforming PAC-10 in terms of effective porosity;compared to PAC-13,PAC-10 exhibits better resistance to water damage and low-temperature cracking performance,but its high-temperature performance was slightly insufficient.Additionally,within the same type of permeable asphalt mixture,as the amount of coarse aggregate increases,high-temperature stability improves,while water stability,low-temperature cracking resistance,and resistance to loss due to scattering decrease.Based on measured data,five key parameters were selected as evaluation criteria.A mathematical optimization model was constructed using the grey correlation analysis method,and the grey relational degree was calculated.Ultimately,the PAC-10-A mix ratio was determined to have the best performance and the highest degree of correlation in all indicators.
