摘 要:文章将基于两级式非隔离型拓扑结构对单相光伏并网逆变器进行主电路分析与设计,基于太阳能电池工作原理,分析、设计光伏电池输出指令模拟曲线;在逆变系统时域数学模型分析基础上,对单相光伏并网逆变器主电路硬件与控制系统参数进行分析、设计与选型,提高并网电流质量;采用周期内步长动态调整的扰动观察法实现对电池组输出的功率跟踪控制。基于上述方案搭建了仿真平台,并研制了并网逆变器样机,通过仿真与实验验证了该两级式非隔离单相光伏并网逆变器设计策略的有效性、可行性。Photovoltaic(PV)energy systems have attracted widespread attention due to their advantages of no depletion risk,unrestricted geographical distribution,and high energy quality.PV inverters were the core equipment of photovoltaic power generation grid connected systems.This article would design a single-phase photovoltaic grid connected inverter based on a two-stage non-isolated topology structure,and analyze and design the photovoltaic output simulation curve of the battery based on the working principle of photovoltaic cells.Dependontime-domain mathematical model of the inverter system,the main circuit and control system parameters of the single-phase photovoltaic parallel inverter,as well as the voltage and current double closed-loop proportional integral control parameters are analyzed,designed,and selected to improve the quality of the grid connected current.Approaching the maximum power point by adjusting the step size of each cycle,etc.Based on the above scheme,simulation and experimentverified the effectiveness of the two-stage non-isolated single-phase photovoltaic grid connected inverter design.
