摘  要:薄壁铝制工件在加工过程中常出现变形现象。以金属切削基本理论为依托,介绍了有限元仿真建模技术。重点探讨了薄壁工件加工变形的基本理论,特别是针对薄壁铝件材料属性的模拟分析。通过仿真分析工件加工过程中的应力场、应变场、温度场和切削力的变化情况,与理论切削力计算结果进行详细对比,验证ABAQUS软件在预测薄壁铝制工件加工过程中的仿真准确性。研究成果可以为探索薄壁铝制工件加工变形的原因提供理论依据,进而为提升薄壁工件加工制造精度奠定技术基础。这不仅有助于深入理解金属切削机理,还能指导实际生产中的加工操作,减少因加工变形而导致的质量问题,提高工件的加工精度和成形稳定性,从而推动工艺技术的进步和应用领域的拓展。Thin-walled aluminum workpieces are often deformed in the machining process.Finite element simulation modeling technology is introduced based on the basic theory of metal cutting.The research focuses on exploring the basic theory of thin-walled workpiece machining deformation,especially for the simulation analysis of the material properties of thin-walled aluminum parts.The changes of stress field,strain field,temperature field and cutting force during the workpiece machining process are analyzed through simulation,and a detailed comparison is made with the theoretical cutting force calculation results to verify the simulation accuracy of ABAQUS software in predicting the machining process of thin-walled aluminum workpieces.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for exploring the causes of deformation in the machining of thin-walled aluminum workpieces,which in turn lays a technical foundation for improving the machining and manufacturing accuracy of thin-walled workpieces.This not only helps to deeply understand the mechanism of metal cutting,but also guides the machining operation in actual production,reduces the quality problems caused by machining deformation,and improves the machining accuracy and molding stability of workpieces,thus promoting the progress of process technology and the expansion of application fields.
