摘 要:水作为生物赖以生存的基本资源,特别是对人类的健康生存至关重要,对水的消毒杀菌问题越来越得到重视。大肠杆菌是一种食源性致病菌,水是其主要传播媒介,可作为水质分析的指标。目前广泛使用的几种消毒水的方法,包括使用臭氧、紫外线照射和氯化工艺,都有一些缺点。为此研究提出一种基于深紫外激光对水中大肠杆菌进行消杀灭活的方法,利用266 nm的紫外激光在水管中多次反射穿行,对微生物基因组进行破坏,使其失活,抑制其复制,最终导致它们丧失繁殖能力并因此消亡。实验中通过控制水流量探究紫外激光对大肠杆菌的灭活效率,结果表明在水流量小于240 mL/min时紫外激光对水中大肠杆菌的灭活效率可超过98%,随着水流量的增大,大肠杆菌的灭活效率仅下降到97%,表明此时紫外激光仍能实现大肠杆菌的高效率灭活。因此,紫外激光可用于水中大肠杆菌消杀,是一种高效的杀菌技术。Water is an essential resource for the survival of living organisms,and it is crucial for human health.The disinfection and sterilization of water have received increasing attention.Escherichia coli,a foodborne pathogenic bacterium,is a major waterborne pathogen and serves as an indicator for water quality analysis.Common water disinfection methods,such as ozone,ultraviolet(UV)irradiation,and chlorination,all have some drawbacks.In response,this study proposes a method for disinfection and inactivation of Escherichia coli in water using deep ultraviolet(DUV)laser.By utilizing 266 nm ultraviolet laser,which undergoes multiple reflections and traversals in a water pipe,the microbial genome is disrupted,causing inactivation,inhibiting replication,and ultimately leading to the loss of reproductive capacity and death.In the experiments,the disinfection efficiency of ultraviolet laser against Escherichia coli is investigated by controlling the water flow rate.The results show that when the water flow rate is less than 240 mL/min,the inactivation efficiency of ultraviolet laser against Escherichia coli can be over 98%.As the water flow rate increases,the inactivation efficiency decreases slightly to 97%,indicating that ultraviolet laser can still achieve high inactivation efficiency of Escherichia coli.Therefore,ultraviolet laser can be used for disinfection of Escherichia coli in water,offering an efficient sterilization technology.
