摘 要:为了保证户外通信电源柜内部设备运行的最佳环境温度,采用CFD仿真的方法利用ANSYS Fluent软件首先对原机柜温度场进行分析,发现现有散热模式下机柜内设备温差较大,有大量冷风直接从出风口回流出去,在电池与电池间隙中无对流产生。基于此,通过加装风道的方式实现冷热隔离、低温引流、定点送风,对内部气流组织进行规划,通过再仿真验证风道设计的有效性与合理性。结果表明:机柜高温聚集区主要分布在整流器外表面附近以及远离进风口的电池附近;在加装开孔风道后不仅减少了冷风回流现象,而且也使机柜内部散热更加均匀。最终,机柜内空气域最高温度降低了24.67℃,整流器温度降低了24.81℃,锂电池的温差由6.08℃降至4.19℃,电池温度更加趋近于最佳工作温度。In order to ensure the optimum ambient temperature for the operation of the equipment inside the outdoor communication power supply cabinet,the method of CFD simulation using ANSYS Fluent software firstly analyses the temperature field of the original cabinet,and finds that the temperature difference of the equipment inside the cabinet is large under the existing heat dissipation mode,and there is a large amount of cold air flowing back out directly from the outlet,and there is no convection generated in the gap between the battery and the battery.Based on this,hot and cold isolation,low-temperature diversion,and fixed-point air supply through the addition of air ducts are achieved,the internal airflow organisation is planed,and the validity and reasonableness of the design of air ducts through re-simulation are verified.The results show that the high-temperature gathering area of the cabinet is mainly distributed near the outer surface of the rectifier and near the batteries which are far away from the air inlet.After installing the open duct,it not only reduces the phenomenon of cold air reflux,but also makes the internal heat dissipation of the cabinet more uniform.In the end,the maximum temperature of the air domain in the cabinet is reduced by 24.67℃,the temperature of the rectifier is reduced by 4.81℃,and the temperature difference of the lithium battery is reduced from 6.08℃to 4.19℃,and the temperature of the battery is closer to the optimal working temperature.
