摘 要:柱塞泵作为一种常用的高压液体输送机械结构,其中的盘根材料在高速往复运行过程中极易损坏,从而导致柱塞泵的使用寿命和工作效率大大降低。因此,针对不同盘根材料对柱塞密封性能的影响进行研究,利用试验工装对选定的7种盘根材料进行轴向位移试验,通过试验测试得到相应的接触应力随位移变化曲线以及试验装置的泄漏量,结合加卸载过程曲线特征的差异性对比分析,最后得出高水基、芳纶、芳纶四氟以及四氟乙烯相较其他几种盘根材料对柱塞密封性能更优秀,实际选用时也要考虑具体工作压力和泄漏等级的影响。As a commonly used high-pressure liquid conveying mechanical structure,the packing material of the plunger pump is easily damaged during high-speed reciprocating operation,which greatly reduces the service life and work efficiency of the plunger pump.Therefore,a study is conducted on the influence of different packing materials on the sealing performance of plungers.Axial displacement tests are carried out on seven selected packing materials using experimental fixtures.The corresponding contact stress variation curves with displacement and the leakage rate of the test device are obtained through the experimental tests.Combined with the comparative analysis of the differences in the characteristics of the loading and unloading process curves,it is finally concluded that high water-based,aramid,aramid tetrafluoroethylene,and tetrafluoroethylene packing materials have better sealing performance for plungers compared to other packing materials.However,the specific working pressure and leakage level should also be considered when selecting them in practice.
