摘  要:针对传统推挽式逆变器在高压和高功率隔离反馈的不足,提出了一种基于NSI1311的推挽式逆变器隔离升压设计方案。NSI1311作为高性能隔离放大器,利用其优异的隔离性能和高输入阻抗,显著提高了逆变器的电气隔离效果和反馈精度。基于设计要求选出合理的磁芯结构并精确计算了变压器的磁芯参数和线圈匝数,以优化电压升压和能量转换。在全桥逆变设计中,采用单极性SPWM调制技术和LLC型滤波结构,有效降低了开关损耗和输出阻抗,改善了交流输出的波形质量。稳定的DC 316 V和AC 220 V表明,基于NSI1311的设计在反馈调节速度、系统稳定性优于传统光耦隔离反馈方案。此外,该设计还降低了系统成本并减小了变压器体积。研究表明,NSI1311隔离反馈方案为高压高功率逆变器应用的隔离反馈提供了有效的解决方案和技术参考。Aiming at the deficiency of traditional push-pull inverter in high voltage and high power isolation feedback,a design scheme of push-pull inverter isolation boost based on NSI1311 is proposed.As a high-performance isolation amplifier,NSI1311 significantly improves the electrical isolation effect and feedback accuracy of inverters with its excellent isolation performance and high input impedance.Based on the design requirements,a reasonable core structure is selected and the core parameters and coil turns of the transformer are precisely calculated to optimize the voltage boost and energy conversion.In the full-bridge inverter design,unipolar SPWM modulation technology and LLC filter structure are adopted to effectively reduce the switching loss and output impedance,and improve the waveform quality of AC output.Stable DC 316 V and AC 220 V show that the NSI1311-based design is superior to the traditional optocoupler isolated feedback scheme in feedback adjustment speed and system stability.In addition,the design reduces the system cost and reduces the transformer volume.The results show that the NSI1311 isolated feedback scheme provides an effective solution and technical reference for the isolated feedback of high voltage and high power inverters.
