摘　　要：在“双碳”目标(碳达峰与碳中和)的战略背景下,传统城市更新模式因“大拆大建”导致的高碳排放及资源浪费问题,已无法满足绿色发展需求。而在全球范围内,以“碳中性”为核心的城市,既是重要的生产基地,同时也是重要的温室气体排放源。随着全球变暖与生态问题的日益严峻,世界各地纷纷将目光投向城市更新与城市规划,以期达到“低碳”的目标。“双碳”背景下的城市更新目标是通过改善城镇空间布局、达到提升能耗、降低碳排放与资源消费的目的。这对于我国应对气候变化、提高生态环境品质具有重要意义。本文基于此,开展“双碳”情景下的城市更新对策研究,为我国相关产业的发展与环境保护等相关领域的发展与改革提供理论基础与技术支撑。Against the strategic backdrop of Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality,the traditional urban renewal model is no longer able to meet the needs of green development due to the high carbon emissions and resource waste caused by“large-scale demolition and construction”.On a global scale,cities with“Carbon Neutrality”as their core are not only important production bases,but also significant sources of greenhouse gas emissions.With the increasingly severe global warming and ecological problems,cities around the world are turning their attention to urban renewal and urban planning in order to achieve the goal of“low-carbon”.The goal of urban renewal under the background of“Dual Carbon”initiative is to improve urban spatial layout,optimize energy consumption,and reduce carbon emissions and resource consumption.This is of great significance for China to address climate change and improve the quality of the ecological environment.On this basis,conducting research on urban renewal strategies under the“Dual Carbon”scenario will provide both theoretical basis and technical support for the development and reform of related industries and environmental protection in China.
