摘　　要：城市更新背景下,基于存量优化的人居环境整治成为重要工作领域。本文结合河北省保定市白沟新城街道更新实践,从工作背景、工作思路与工作模式三方面阐述“人民城市”理念下街道更新工作。围绕道路、景观、建筑三个专业九项基础工程,从完善道路基本功能、提升道路线性景观、彰显地域景观风貌、融入智慧低碳理念四个角度改善街道环境品质。通过全生命周期参与项目统筹管理,提升城市更新工作的系统性,以期对国内类似城市街道环境整治更新工作提供些许借鉴。Under the background of urban renewal,the renovation of the human settlement environment based on the optimization of existing stock has become an important work.Combining with the practice of street renewal in Baigou New Town,this paper elaborates the street renewal work under the concept of“People’s City”from three aspects:the work background,work ideas,and work mode.Focusing on the nine basic projects in three professional fields of roads,landscapes,and buildings,the quality of the street environment is improved from four angles:improving the basic functions of roads,enhancing the linear landscape of roads,highlighting the regional landscape features,and integrating smart and low-carbon concepts.By participating in the overall project management throughout the entire life-cycle,the systematic of urban renewal work is enhanced,which could provide some reference for the renovation and renewal work of similar urban street environment in China.
