摘　　要：本文详细探讨了西安市在城市更新中采取的策略和技术应用。通过对旧城改造、工业区域升级及历史文化遗区保护的实例分析,展示了城市结构的优化和土地使用效率的提升。文中特别强调了GIS、BIM和AI等智能化技术在城市更新中的重要性,以及这些技术如何帮助提高项目效率、质量和公众参与度。此外,通过西安市城市更新平台的案例,阐述了智能化技术整合用地、建筑、交通和公共服务数据,以及这些技术如何优化城市功能。This article thoroughly explores the strategies and technological applications adopted in urban renewal efforts in Xi’an City.Through case studies of old town renovations,industrial area upgrades,and the preservation of historical and cultural heritage areas,the paper demonstrates the optimization of urban structures and the enhancement of land use efficiency.The importance of smart technologies in urban renewal is particularly emphasized,including the application of GIS,BIM,and AI technologies,and how these technologies help improve project efficiency,quality,and public participation.Moreover,through the example of the Xi’an Urban Renewal Platform,the article discusses how smart technologies can integrate land,building,transportation,and public service data,as well as how these technologies can optimize urban functions.
