基于国土空间规划背景下的中心城区布局探究

摘　　要：本研究基于国土空间规划背景,探讨了中心城区布局的重要性及其对城市可持续发展的影响。以沈阳市为案例,分析了其在空间布局、自然空间利用、基础设施建设及地下空间利用等方面的规划与实施。研究结果表明,通过科学的城区中心布局可以有效提升城市功能的合理性、交通的便捷性以及生活的舒适性,同时对外部联系和内部活力的提升也具有显著效果。Based on the background of national territorial and spatial planning,this study explores the importance of urban proper layout and its impact on urban sustainable development.Taking Shenyang City as a case study,this paper analyzes the planning and implementation of spatial layout,natural space utilization,infrastructure construction,and underground space utilization.The research results indicate that the scientific layout of urban centers can effectively enhance the rationality of urban functions,the convenience of transportation,and the comfort of people’s life.At the same time,it also has a significant effect on improving external connections and internal vitality.
