摘　　要：随着城市化进程的加速,城市更新成为提升城市品质和活力的重要举措,设计与施工的高效联动在城市更新项目中起着关键作用。本文以城市更新项目的需求导向为切入点,探究设计与施工联动在延续城市风貌、管控现场施工、提升项目品质方面的重要性,分析当前城市更新项目中设计与施工联动在沟通交流、技术衔接、资源统筹等层面存在的痛点,进而提出“四个提前”统筹计划部署、“四个及时”响应各方意见、“三个相互”实现双向优化、“一个平台”建立交互流程等策略,旨在为城市更新项目构建设计与施工高效联动模式。With the acceleration of urbanization,urban renewal has become an important measure to improve the quality and vitality of cities,and the efficient linkage between design and construction plays a key role in urban renewal projects.Based on the demand orientation of urban renewal projects,this paper explores the importance of the linkage between design and construction in continuing urban landscape,controlling on-site construction and improving project quality,and analyzes the painpoints of the linkage between design and construction in current urban renewal projects in terms of communication,technology connection and resource coordination.Furthermore,this paper puts forward several strategies such as“four in advance”for overall planning and deployment,“four in time”for responding stakeholders’opinions,“three mutual”for realizing two-way optimization and“one platform”for establishing interactive processes,aiming to construct an efficient linkage model between design and construction in urban renewal projects.
