城市更新背景下历史文化名城保护与旅游协同发展研究——以国家历史文化名城黟县为例

摘　　要：历史文化名城是城市文化的重要物质载体,是城市更新之“根”、文脉传承之“魂”。适度的旅游开发能够激发历史文化名城的经济与文化活力,进一步推动城市的更新与发展,实现保护与利用的共赢。黟县是国家历史文化名城,通过梳理分析黟县历史文化名城保护现状、旅游发展历程和当前保护面临的问题,试图从规划协同、多方参与、资金保障、运营创新等层面,探索城市更新视角下历史文化名城保护与旅游协同发展的新路径,以期为黟县乃至全国历史文化名城在新时代焕发新活力建言献策。Historical and Culture City is an important tangible carrier of urban culture,the“root”of urban renewal and the“soul”of cultural heritage inheritance.Moderate tourism development can stimulate the economic and cultural vitality of historical and cultural cities,further promote urban renewal and development,and achieve a win-win situation for protection and utilization.Since Yixian County is a national historical and cultural city,this paper sorts out the current protection situation and its tourism development,and analyzes the current problems faced in its protection.It also tries to explore a new path on protection of Historical and Culture City and coordinated development of tourism from the aspects of planning coordination,multi-party participation,capital guarantee and operational innovation in context of urban renewal,with a view to giving suggestions for Yixian County and even more Historical and Culture Cities in China to radiate new vitality in the new era.
