摘 要:随着城市扩张,原本位于城市边缘的工业用地逐渐演变为中心城区,用地性质、地租水平、功能布局、交通、环境等均不再适配区域发展需求,存量的物质和空间资源需要迭代更新。本文总结了工业遗存改造的定义,简述了国内外发展历程,并以首钢园北区为例,从规划设计角度,阐述了其工业遗存改造的理论研究方法过程,以及工业遗存改造实践做法,可为其他类似的工业园区城市更新、工业遗存改造,在理论研究和实施做法上提供参考借鉴。With the expansion of cities,the industrial land originally located on the urban fringe has gradually evolved into the central urban proper.Several aspects such as land use nature,land rent level,functional layout,transportation,environment are no longer suitable for the development demands of the region,so that the existing material and spatial resources need to be iteratively updated.This paper summarizes the definition of the transformation of industrial remains,and briefly describes the development process at home and abroad.Taking the North Area of Shougang Park as an example,from the perspective of planning and design,it expounds both theoretical research method and practical approaches for the transformation of its industrial remains.It can provide reference for the urban renewal of other similar industrial parks and the transformation of industrial remains in terms of theoretical research and implementation methods.
