摘　　要：在园区规划方面,产业空间一体化的概念逐渐受到重视。本项研究以广清纺织园沙步组团为案例,深入探讨论了新质园区品质规划的系统性策略。本研究详尽阐述了广清纺织园产业空间一体化规划的具体措施。一方面,通过产业布局的优化,实现了资源的高效配置利用;另一方面,绿色园区的建设强调生态环保,提升了园区的环境品质。此外,公共服务设施的配置确保了企业与居民的生活便利性,而高效交通系统的建设优化了园区内外的交通网络。多个创新点不仅增强了园区的综合竞争力,也为其他园区的规划提供了有益的参考。In terms of industrial park planning,the concept of industrial space integration has gradually gained attention.This study takes the Shabu cluster in the Guangqing Textile Park as a case,exploring the systematic strategies for industrial park quality planning.The study thoroughly elaborates on the specific measures for the industrial space integration planning of the Guangqing Textile Park.On one hand,the optimization of industrial layout achieves efficient resource allocation and utilization.On the other hand,the construction of green industrial park emphasizes ecological sustainability,enhancing the environmental quality of the park.Additionally,the provision of public service facilities ensures living convenience for both businesses and residents,while the development of an efficient transportation system optimizes the traffic network inside and outside the industrial park.These innovations not only enhance the industrial park’s overall competitiveness,but also provide valuable references for the planning of other industrial parks.
