摘 要:现行的城市住宅用地空间规划方法没有充分考虑社会公平性和环境保护等方面的目标。导致城市住宅用地空间紧凑度较低,无法达到预期的规划效果,为此提出基于遗传算法的城市住宅用地空间规划研究。首先,以城市住宅用地空间规划社会效益和生态环境效益最大为目标设计目标函数。然后,设定相应约束条件,建立规划模型。最后利用遗传算法对规划模型进行求解,确定最优城市住宅用地空间规划方案。经实验证明,设计方法规划城市住宅用地空间紧凑度不低于0.9,空间利用率较高,可以实现对城市住宅用地空间精准规划。The current spatial planning method of urban residential land does not fully consider the goals of social equity and environmental protection.As a result,the spatial compactness of urban residential land is relatively low,which fails to achieve the expected planning effects.Therefore,a study on the spatial planning of urban residential land is proposed based on genetic algorithm.Firstly,the objective function is designed to maximize the social benefits and ecological environmental benefits of the spatial planning of urban residential land.Then,the corresponding constraints are set to establish the planning model.Finally,genetic algorithm is used to solve the planning model and determine the optimal spatial planning scheme for urban residential land.Experiments show that the spatial compactness of urban residential land planned by the design method is not less than 0.9,and the space utilization rate is relatively high,which can realize the accurate spatial planning of urban residential land.
