摘 要:本文探讨了建筑信息模型(BIM)技术在低碳建筑领域的应用及其对环境、社会和公司治理(ESG)因素的积极影响。通过文献综述和案例分析,揭示了BIM技术在提升建筑能效、促进资源节约、增强社区参与等方面的潜力,并识别了现有挑战,提出了解决策略。研究结果表明,BIM技术的应用显著提高了建筑设计、施工和运营阶段的能效和资源利用效率,优化了建筑与环境的互动,提升了社区生活质量,并加强了企业的社会责任和可持续发展实践。本研究为推动建筑行业的绿色转型提供了理论和实践指导。This paper discusses the application of Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology in the field of low-carbon construction and its positive impact on Environmental,Social,and Governance(ESG)factors.Through literature review and case analysis,the paper reveals the potential of BIM technology in improving building energy efficiency,promoting resource conservation,and enhancing community participation.It also identifies existing challenges and proposes solutions.The research results show that the application of BIM technology significantly improves energy efficiency and resource utilization efficiency in the design,construction,and operation phases of buildings.It optimizes the interaction between buildings and the environment,enhances the quality of community life,and strengthens corporate social responsibility and sustainable development practices.The study provides theoretical and practical guidance for promoting the green transformation of the construction industry.
