摘  要:综合管廊在城市基础设施管线运营中起着重要作用,一旦发生火灾,综合管廊相对封闭的环境,更易聚集浓烟和有毒有害气体,危及工作人员的生命安全。因此,综合管廊外援扑救难度大、影响范围广、后果非常严重。本文依托济南市先行区鹊黄街双舱(综合舱和电力舱)综合管廊工程,首先根据管廊内管线性质和危险类别,研究火灾特征,提出合理设置消防分区,计算确定超细干粉灭火装置设置参数,完善灭火系统。同时配置自动灭火系统、火灾自自动报警系统及可燃气体报警系统,实现火灾发生时的快速扑救,确保综合管廊的安全运营。最后,结合项目经验,提出综合管廊维护管理措施。The utility tunnel plays an important role in the operation of urban infrastructure pipelines.Once a fire occurs,the relatively enclosed environment of the utility tunnel is more likely to accumulate thick smoke as well as toxic and harmful gases,endangering the safety of workers.Therefore,it is difficult to carry out external rescue in the utility tunnels,with wide-ranging impacts and extremely serious consequences.This article relies on the Quehuang Street double cabin(comprehensive cabin and power cabin)utility tunnel project in the Pilot Zone of Jinan City.Firstly,this paper studies the fire characteristics according to the nature and hazard categories of the pipelines in the utility tunnels,and proposes the reasonable setting of fire partitions.The parameters for setting ultra-fine dry powder fire extinguishing devices are calculated and determined to improve the fire extinguishing system.Simultaneously it configures an automatic fire extinguishing system,fire automatic alarm system,and combustible gas alarm system,in order to achieve rapid firefighting in case of fire and ensure the safe operation of the utility tunnel.Meanwhile,combined with project experience,utility tunnel maintenance and management measures are also proposed in this paper.
