摘 要:桩基工程作为建筑工程的分项工程之一,其碳排放量直接影响建筑的绿色低碳水平。本文基于建筑碳排放计算方法,总结归纳出预制混凝土桩生产、运输阶段的碳排放计算公式,基于此,从建材损耗、模具损耗、生产耗能损耗三个方面对预制混凝土桩生产阶段的碳排放进行了计算和分析,从碳排放的角度给出了基础结构设计的优选桩型,并根据不同方面的碳排放计算结果提出了预制桩绿色减碳策略。As one of the sub-projects of construction engineering,the pile foundation project directly affects the green and low-carbon level of buildings through its carbon emissions.Based on the calculation method of building carbon emissions,this paper summarizes the calculation formulas for carbon emissions during the production and transportation stages of precast concrete piles.Based on this,the carbon emissions during the production stage of precast concrete piles are calculated and analyzed from three aspects:building material loss,mold loss,and production energy consumption loss.The optimal pile type for foundation structure design is given from the perspective of carbon emissions,and green carbon reduction strategies for precast piles are proposed according to the carbon emission calculation results from different aspects.
