摘　　要：为顺应国家旧建筑改造的潮流,提升大量旧建筑的存在价值,文章对当前国情下旧建筑改造的方向进行了分析。首先介绍了旧建筑的定义和特征,说明了其改造的必要性。随后通过列举政策文件和调查数据交代了当前的社会背景和行业现状。最后以实际项目为例,围绕立面更新、建筑节能、适老化设计给出具体策略。In order to comply with the trend of renovating old buildings in China and enhance the value of a large number of old buildings,this article analyzes the direction of renovating old buildings under the current national conditions.Firstly,the definition and characteristics of old buildings are introduced,and the necessity of their renovation is explained.Subsequently,the current social background and industry status are explained by enumerating policy documents and survey data.Finally,taking actual project as an example,specific strategies are provided around facade updates,building energy efficiency,and aging friendly design.
