摘 要:超长混凝土结构因其体积大、跨度长,常常面临施工过程中的温差、裂缝及接缝缺陷等问题,可能影响混凝土的整体性和长期稳定性。随着建筑工程技术的进步,传统施工方法逐渐暴露出不足,无缝施工技术应运而生,成为解决这一问题的有效手段。本文分析超长混凝土结构的施工难点,系统探讨无缝施工技术的具体应用,重点讨论了现场环境评估、温控管理系统安装、连续浇筑作业、配比精确控制和后期监测应力控制等关键技术环节,展示无缝施工技术如何有效控制施工质量,减少裂缝的产生,并延长结构的使用寿命。Due to their large volume and long span,ultra-long concrete structures often face problems such as temperature differences,cracks and joint defects during construction process,which may affect the overall integrity and long-term stability of the concrete.With the advancement of construction technology,traditional construction methods have gradually exposed their deficiencies,thus seamless construction technology has emerged as an effective means to solve this problem.This article analyzes the construction difficulties of ultra-long concrete structures,systematically explores the specific application of seamless construction technology,and focuses on key technical links such as on-site environmental assessment,temperature control management system installation,continuous pouring operation,precise control of proportioning,and post-construction stress monitoring and control.It demonstrates how seamless construction technology can effectively control the construction quality,reduce the occurrence of cracks,and extend the service life of structures.
