摘 要:本文针对某商业综合体空调系统末端送风温度波动大、调节响应慢等问题,研究了模糊PID控制技术在风机变频控制中的应用方案。通过建立风机转速与送风温度的数学模型,设计了基于模糊规则的PID参数自整定算法。该算法采用温度偏差和变化率作为输入量,构建了包含49条控制规则的知识库。实测数据表明,采用该控制方案后,送风温度波动降至±0.5℃以内,调节时间缩短40%,系统故障率降低67.9%,有效提升了温度控制精度。Aiming at the problems such as large fluctuations in the air supply temperature and slow adjustment response at the terminals of the air conditioning system in a commercial complex,the application scheme of fuzzy PID control technology in the variable-frequency control of fans is studied.By establishing a mathematical model of fan speed and air supply temperature,a PID parameter self-tuning algorithm based on fuzzy rules is designed.The algorithm uses temperature deviation and change rate as input variables and constructs a knowledge base containing 49 control rules.The measured data show that after adopting this control scheme,the air supply temperature fluctuation is reduced to within±0.5℃,the adjustment time shortened by 40%,and the system failure rate decreased by 67.9%,effectively improving the temperature control accuracy.
